ALBANY, N.Y. – No. 29 Southern New Hampshire University remained unbeaten in Northeast-10 Conference play with a 9-0 win over The College of Saint Rose in women's tennis Saturday morning at the University at Albany. The Penmen, who extended their conference regular season win streak to 24 matches, are now 8-2 and 7-0 in the NE-10, while the Golden Knights are 5-5 overall and in the league.
In singles play, Amber Chandronnait (Bow, N.H.) and Catalina Echeverry (Cali, Colombia) were straight-set winners at No. 1 and No. 3, respectively. The pair also teamed up for an 8-0 win at No. 1 doubles.
Southern New Hampshire returns to action Sunday when it travels to Bentley University for an 11:00 am match.
