MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire
University women's cross country team finished fifth in the
Shacklette Invitational Saturday morning.
Senior Emma Lundberg (Hebron, N.H.) led
Southern New Hampshire with a 20:04 five-kilometer effort to finish
eighth overall.
Madeline Hayes (Newington, Conn.) finished
19th overall with a 20:49 effort. Christina
Powell (Granby, Mass.) finished with a time of 21:30
placing 36th overall. Melissa
Stacom (Massapequa, N.Y.) posted a time of 22:11 to place
44th.
Kelsey Parker (Billerica, Mass.) posted a time
of 22:45 to finish 53rd overall, while Jacquelyn
Dussault (Manchester, N.H.) was 61st with a
time of 23:59. Laura DiPietro (Auburn, N.H.)
posted a time of 27:19, and Sarah Kennedy
(Appleton, Maine) rounded out the Penmen finishers with a time of
28:04.
Southern New Hampshire returns to action next Saturday at the
UMass Dartmouth Invitational at 11:15 a.m.
