Sophomore Skylar Renaud (E. Waterboro, Maine) potted a career-high four goals to lead the Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team to a 9-6 victory against Saint Michael's College in its home opener Saturday afternoon at Penmen Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
- SNHU would take a 2-1 lead into halftime and expanded its advantage to 3-1 just 12 seconds into the second half, but Saint Michael's would respond by scoring four straight to take a two-goal lead with 21:31 remaining.
- Three straight scores from Renaud turned the tide and put the Penmen back in front, 6-5, with 16:01 left.
- After Saint Michael's tied it nearly five minutes later, Gorton scored the eventual game winner with 7:13 remaining and Renaud and Peredna would tack on insurance tallies.
