DiOrio, a Bristol, R.I. native, was a four-year standout for the SNHU women’s soccer and softball teams from 2002-06.  A four-year starter and two-year captain for the softball team, She collected 137 career hits and scored 69 runs while playing in 153 career games for the Penmen.  A two-time Northeast-10 All-Conference selection, she ranked second on the team in batting average in each of her first two seasons and as a senior helped lead the Penmen to the NCAA Tournament.  In soccer DiOrio appeared in 68 contests over her four seasons, starting 45.  As a senior she ranked second on the team with seven goals and two assists while serving as team captain en route to NE-10 All-Conference honors. DiOrio helped the Penmen to an NCAA berth in soccer her sophomore season.
