1997 graduate of New Hampshire College...played four years of men's basketball from 1993-97...totaled 1,527 points over his four-year career and became the 28th member of the 1,000 Point Club...ranks 15th on the 1,000 Point Club list...helped the Penmen to back-to-back Northeast Regional titles and "Elite Eight"appearances in the 1993-94 and 1994-95 seasons...the Penmen advanced to the "Final Four" during Smith's freshman and sophomore seasons...he helped the Penmen to the Northeast Regional title game in his junior season as well, in which the Penmen lost 83-82 to Saint Rose...also helped the Penmen to a Northeast Regional title appearance as a senior...named an ECAC-North All-Star as a junior and senior and named the ECAC-North Player of the Year as a senior...also earned NABC All-District honors as a senior...also named the NECC Player of the Year in his final season with the Penmen...two-time All-NECC honoree.
